IB is running and updating but Sierra won't connect. I updated Java JRE over the weekend.

If you cannot enable TWS socket API access, then contact Interactive Brokers about this.

Good day,

I have connected SC to IB, but when I enter an order in SC, it is not transmitted to IB. What do I have to fix?

Do you see the order in Sierra Chart with a Status of "Order Sent"? You can check this Status in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders.

Go to Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders . Make sure Orders >> Show Only Working Orders is not checked.

You should see the order listed for sure. If it has an "Error" Status, then go to Trade >> Trade Service Log and find out what the error message is for that particular order.

I used one SC for IQfeed and second SC for entering orders. Now I deleted from computer second SC, and first copy I connected to IB. The orders from SC do not go to IB.

We need to understand this better. We need to see the Trade Activity Log lines for the order you are submitting which is not going to Interactive Brokers.

Follow the instructions here to provide this:
