Go to Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders . Make sure Orders >> Show Only Working Orders is not checked.

You should see the order listed for sure. If it has an "Error" Status, then go to Trade >> Trade Service Log and find out what the error message is for that particular order.
