Trade Service Account Balance on Cell J47

Hi Support Team, good morning ! I hope you're fine....
Could you please inform if FXCM and TransAct brokers are normally providing the Trade Service Account Balance to be reflected in Cell J47 ? I'm not getting it....

TransAct does not provide an account balance.

In the case of when using FXCM FIX, it is provided. To use FIX with FXCM, refer to these instructions:

Good morning Team,

Concerning this issue, I'm little bit confused because I have two accounts at FXCM and cell J47 shows the Balance from the account not beeing traded and logged-in with Sierra Charts, but neither the Traded account nor the Total of both accounts.
From my understanding, J47 should show the traded or "logged-in" account at SerraCharts, don't it ?

I must clarify that both accounts are under the same "log-in" at FXCM. May be there is a need to separate both accounts by changing one of the Log-In's ?

What do you think about ?

We suspect that FXCM is providing a collateral report which contains the balance data, for all of the accounts on your login. However, Sierra Chart currently can only handle a balance for a single account. Next week will be finishing the capability for Sierra Chart to maintain a cash balance for multiple accounts. If you look in the very latest version you will see a new Balance tab on the Orders and Positions window that supports multiple accounts.

Maybe you're right concerning the FXCM collateral report, but in such a case, the value shown in the unique Cell J47 should be the Traded Account Balance or, at least, the Total Balance of all accounts, but not the one which is not being traded, don't you think so ?

Ok concerning the next new capability you're working on, to show multiple accounts balance. I'll be waiting for it.

As I want to use the J47 value for automated Trade Size calculation, I think the best way would be to contact FXCM and to separate / differentiate both accounts login's.
