We have contacted E-Signal. We are all done with integration but we are waiting for an order form.

In regards to Tele-Trader, once we began to look at the protocol, it was more involved than expected. They also seem to be using an older protocol for their web-based interface. So we are not really comfortable with the integration methods they have, so we have put it on hold. We did ask them to support the new open specification GSP:

Hopefully they will do that. We know it definitely is in their interest because they definitely need to have a better integration method. E-Signal was definitely easier to integrate to.

I see the e-signal service has an "under development" next to it in the DTS box.. Is this good to go yet?

Do you have a contact at e-signal we can deal with who is familiar with the type of package(s) that work with SC, the codes to use in SC etc...?

E-Signal support has been ready for about a month now, but still we are waiting for E-Signal to provide essentially an order form for customers to order the service. This is not ready yet . There are exchange related issues.

If you update to the latest release, it will no longer say "(Under development)". This has been removed.

No, you misunderstood. E-Signal is something we have begun to support. It will always be supported. We use a direct socket connection to E-Signal.

What we have removed is the words "(under development)". Since the development is done.

We contacted E-Signal about this again today. We are anxious to get the e-signal data feed support released and available. It has taken far too long because we had not integrated sooner, some technical issues on the e-signal side, and now this delay relating to exchanges.

I did contact eSignal support yesterday, and they seem push back to SierraChart, see below;

1) On their site it shows support for our datafeed is coming soon, please contact them for further clarification.
2) You can re-activate what you had before but please check with Sierra Chart to verify it will work with their charting.

Maybe I dealing with the wrong person,
could you provide the eSigna contact who is in charge for SierraChart?

For E-Signal support, you need to contact us. We are still in the process of getting the order form from E-Signal for the particular E-Signal service that Sierra Chart supports.
