I did contact eSignal support yesterday, and they seem push back to SierraChart, see below;

1) On their site it shows support for our datafeed is coming soon, please contact them for further clarification.
2) You can re-activate what you had before but please check with Sierra Chart to verify it will work with their charting.

Maybe I dealing with the wrong person,
could you provide the eSigna contact who is in charge for SierraChart?
