I switched over from IQ feed to Barchart feed, but my charts are not updating they are stuck on the 23rd April 2015. The feed connection is showing green so its connected. I have already tried logging out and logging back in, that didn't work. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2015-04-27 07:50:10

I am using the correct symbols as I am finding the symbols in the symbol find box. For example for YM futures the symbol with barcharts is YMM15 but the data loads up to certain time and then gets stuck and doesn't update. |

Based upon post #9, you do not have the CBOT exchange activated and that is the problem of why you cannot get the YM data. Yes, the problem is the Username and Password are not set correctly in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Also for your information you can get the same data through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and have faster access to the historical data and more simplified access to the data.
