Based upon post #9, you do not have the CBOT exchange activated and that is the problem of why you cannot get the YM data. Yes, the problem is the Username and Password are not set correctly in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. Also for your information you can get the same data through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and have faster access to the historical data and more simplified access to the data.
