I upgraded to version 1235 and noticed that all the historical data was not loading correctly so I took images of the weekly, monthly & yearly charts on version 1224 versus 1235 to show you guys. I waited a few days to see would any further upgrades from 1235 solve this missing data and after upgrading to 1239 the historical data is still not loading correctly... Any ideas why? Can you fix this? Please find attached weekly, monthly & yearly charts on version 1224 versus 1235 and above...

It does not help to post so many images. Only one image is necessary and briefly explain the problem. We did not look at all of these images. By overdoing the post, it only delays the response and creates more burden on us. It is simply not helpful.

What this indicates is there is missing historical data. Follow the instructions here to re-download the data:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading

Newer versions will re-download the data into new files with a different name. Why the downloads failed, we are not sure but that is irrelevant at this point.

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance I didn't know prior to posting that less is more when dealing with support. I understand you guys are out the door with software support so I be brief. I followed your instructions to the T and I still have the missing data using versions 1235 and higher. I have NO missing data when using version 1224. I completely deleted ALL the data files both Historical & Intraday then did new download. You can still see the missing data on version 1239 using the yearly chart image comparison versus version 1224. It's the same on both weekly & monthly charts.

We would like to look at this using remote assistance.

We do not need an audio connection. When you would like us to connect could you start an Account Support Ticket:
https://www.sierrachart.com/usercp.php?page=SupportTickets

At that time we need you to select Help >> Accept Remote Assistance. When the Team viewer window appears give us the ID number and password through the account support ticket.

What version do you want loaded when you connect? 1224? 1239? Will I save a new smaller workspace with just the charts that are affected with the missing data (Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily charts)to save on loading the data upon start up and connect? My current workspace takes quite a few minutes to load on this PC and I don't want to delay you guys any longer than needed. Let me know what version you want loaded and if you require a reduced size workspace for the remote log in.

Thank you

We have already connected to your system and looked into the problem so these particular questions are not relevant at this time.

We understand the nature of the problem and we are going to determine a solution.
