Hi, Excuse my ignorance I didn't know prior to posting that less is more when dealing with support. I understand you guys are out the door with software support so I be brief. I followed your instructions to the T and I still have the missing data using versions 1235 and higher. I have NO missing data when using version 1224. I completely deleted ALL the data files both Historical & Intraday then did new download. You can still see the missing data on version 1239 using the yearly chart image comparison versus version 1224. It's the same on both weekly & monthly charts.
