Hello,
I signed up for topstep and since i had already used my sierra trial i paid for the charts today, the full package with price by volume. I am on the phone with another buddy that is using sierra charts and his charts are not delayed. I tried placing a trade and got stopped out before the dom even reacted. There is a noticeable 1-2 minute delay on the charts and the dom. At this point it is impossible to trade bc i have inaccurate data. Can you please assist

So you are actually experiencing up to a two minute delay? That is a lot. How are you determining this? Refer to help topic 4 here:

What is Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Data Throughput and Buffering set to?

it may not be 2 minutes exactly, I am monitoring tos charts real time with Sierra. I actually have gaps in my range bars on Sierra where the price just gaps down. I'll read the link you sent to me.

I am about .50 off on realtime with the es. I am using a 5 tick range bar chart system. I haves used Sierra in the pass with no lag. Would it be possible to remote in and fixed the issue? I did pay for the charts this morning and this is really frustrating. I have no clue why I am lagging

Something is definitely wrong. Right-click before where it appears there is missing data and select Delete and Download Data. Does that fill in the missing data?

Yes when I did that it filled in the missing data. I just did a hard reboot as well. When I reloaded the charts the gap was still there until I did what you suggested

What about the internal setting for my cup clock is off by a few seconds would that be the issue? A long time ago like 6 months ago, I received an error message on Sierra regarding something to those lines

We apologize. For some reason we were thinking you are using the CTS T4 system. In that case there is no Data Throughput and Buffering setting. That is specific to the CTS T4 FIX service.

Your computer's clock being off a few seconds will not matter in the case of Rithmic.

We see you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. We are not sure if it will help, but update with Help >> Download Current Version and see if that resolves the issue.
