Hello, I signed up for topstep and since i had already used my sierra trial i paid for the charts today, the full package with price by volume. I am on the phone with another buddy that is using sierra charts and his charts are not delayed. I tried placing a trade and got stopped out before the dom even reacted. There is a noticeable 1-2 minute delay on the charts and the dom. At this point it is impossible to trade bc i have inaccurate data. Can you please assist |
