I'm running McAfee LiveSafe, Sierra Charts has all permissions, also disabled the firewall, and still doesn't work.

The problem is definitely not with the Sierra Chart web server or with your account. It could be neither of these. Getting symbol settings has no dependency upon an account. And we can get the symbol settings without any issue as well as other users. There is some issue on your side with Sierra Chart communicating with the Sierra Chart Web server. Most likely due to security software on the computer. We are going to be adding an option to add additional logging to help us determine what the problem could be. Hi there! Suddenly this morning, the program works!!!! I have access to symbols and charts. Two more questions, first does Sierra charts works on Mac systems? Secondly, is there an add-on or something to plot Point and Figure charts? |

This is good. Sierra Chart does not work directly on an Apple Mac. However, there are ways to run Windows on a Mac. In which case you can run Sierra Chart on Windows running on the Mac.
