The problem is definitely not with the Sierra Chart web server or with your account. It could be neither of these. Getting symbol settings has no dependency upon an account. And we can get the symbol settings without any issue as well as other users.

There is some issue on your side with Sierra Chart communicating with the Sierra Chart Web server. Most likely due to security software on the computer.

We are going to be adding an option to add additional logging to help us determine what the problem could be.
