Trial Account – Not Connected and XAUUSD Chart Blank

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I created a Sierra Chart trial account, which is active until November 3, 2026. However, Sierra Chart displays "Not Connected", and my XAUUSD 1-minute chart remains blank. The Message Log also indicates that my service package does not support the connection. Could you please help me activate the available trial data connection so I can test XAUUSD charts? I would also like to know whether I can test Gold Futures (GC) market depth and order flow during the trial. Thank you for your assistance. |

You need to verify your email address in order to use the Trial.
