Hello, I am contacting you regarding my Sierra Chart trial. I originally started the free trial in 2025, but unfortunately I was unable to properly use Sierra Chart at the time because my Mac computer was not capable of running the application properly. I now have the appropriate computer equipment and am in a position to properly evaluate Sierra Chart for my trading needs. I am specifically interested in using Sierra Chart for futures order flow, Numbers Bars/Footprint, Market Depth and related functionality. I am a serious prospective customer and intend to purchase a Service Package if Sierra Chart meets my requirements. Unfortunately, because I was unable to actually evaluate the platform during my original trial due to my computer limitations, I was wondering if you could provide me with a trial extension or another opportunity to properly test the platform. I would greatly appreciate your consideration. I would prefer to continue using my existing account rather than creating a new one. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards, Émerick |

Since it has been more than a year since you last used Sierra Chart, we have reset your account to have a 21 day trial.
