FDAX missing from Free Trial Symbols Hi, I created a new Sierra Chart trial account today and I am trying to access FDAX. Your Trial Account documentation lists FDAX?##-EUREX as an available trial symbol, but it does not appear under File > Find Symbol > _Free_Trial_Symbols on my installation. I have already used Global Settings > Symbol Settings > Update From Server. FDAX then appears in the general EUREX symbol list, but opening an individual FDAX contract produces a blank chart / no data. Could you please confirm whether FDAX is enabled for my trial account and how I should access it? Sierra Chart version: 2956 Thank you |

Our apologies for this. FDAX is available while on the trial. We will work on getting it listed in the "_Free_Trial_Symbols" at the top of the Find Symbol window. In the meantime, you can open a chart for FDAX through the EUREX section on the Find Symbol window. It does not matter what method you use to open the chart, it only matters that you are using the proper symbol itself.
