Hi John, thanks. I can now open FDAXZ26-EUREX through the EUREX section as advised. My Sierra Chart trial is active and the Account Control Panel shows 20 days remaining. However, I cannot download the trial historical intraday FDAX data. When I use Edit → Delete All Data and Download, the Message Log reports: “Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled. Symbol: FDAXZ26-EUREX. Data Type: Intraday data.” When I use File → Connect to Data Feed, the Message Log reports: “Service Package does not support this function or account is expired.” I also updated the missing account information in Account Management, signed back into Sierra Chart, and Sierra successfully refreshed the account data. The connection error still occurs afterwards. Since the trial is active with 20 days remaining and you confirmed FDAX is available during the trial, could you please check whether the historical intraday/data-service permissions are enabled correctly on my trial account?
