I have internet connection but I am unable to place any trades on either the trade dom or the trade window. The Sierra Chart program doesn't seem to recognize my placement of a trade??? What could be the problem? Thank you for your attention

We need more information on what exactly is occurring. What happens when you try to place a trade? What exactly do you see? Are you getting any kind of message, and if so, what does it state? Is this in Simulation Mode or with live trading?
