this problem affected both live and simulated trading. No there was never a message attached when I tried to place a trade. What I did was instaall a previous version and it still didn't work so I then reinstalled the current version and then I closed my Sierra Charts and reopened it and it seems to be back in working order. I will try to send you the screen shots I took of my previous version installation and then two other screen shots with my final version being version 12. I , but it seems ok now. Thank you I appreciate your promptness in responding to my problem. I really don't know what the problem was.
