Number bars scrambled on Rithmic. Clean on Teton/denali. MDHG the opposite.

I have recently moved to a new laptop from my old pc. I carried over my chartbook and default and symbol settings on an SSD. Now, trying to re-connect my prop firm account and use rithmic for routing and denali for data, seems impossible. I have done it before and have attempted to use the same method to no avail. First screenshot displays what the number bars look like when Teton CME routing is selected- Working number bars, non-functional heatmap. The opposite is the case for when Rithmic direct is selected, and only trading user and pass are filled in. Price multipliers are 0.01 and volume multipliers are at 1. Auto set is on. Number bars native volume display multiplier is also at 1. This issue seems very odd to me. Please help. |
