It looks like you are on version 2942. If this is correct, then please downgrade to version 2939 (current release) as there is an issue with Teton price multipliers. Refer to the following: Teton CME Price Multiplier Issue v2942 To actually change your version, just do an "update" to the current Release. Follow these instructions to do this: Software Download: Fast Update We have seen what you are seeing once in awhile, but it has not been consistent. We had a particular issue a number of releases ago, but that was resolved. Let us know if you have the same issue after you change to version 2939.
