Frozen CL chart for prop firm rithmic account, but not for my real money account

I get the error message: "Rithmic using primary service... downloads not enabled" Somehow, even though I have "allow support for sierra chart data feeds set to "yes," I still am not receiving Denali data for CL. Any thoughts? |

CL is traded on the NYMEX exchange and you do not have an exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed that includes the NYMEX.
