Am attempting order entry and recieve message "Symbol not recognized". Please enable trading for symbol HE; Lean Hogs; all months. Am attempting spread order entry (legging in) HEZ26 / HEM27. Need those 2 months at least. Thank you. |

That message means you are not entering the symbol correctly. What is the symbol you have entered for the chart? We need it exactly as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"? And what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And how are you trying to setup/view the spread for HEZ26 / HEM27? Are you wanting to view 2 separate charts for these? Is this an exchange traded spread and you want to view that data? Something else?
