If your Trade Service Log still shows the error related to not allowing trading for that symbol, then we need to see your Trade Service Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Providing Lines From Trade Service Log If that is no longer there, then please try to place a trade again and after you get that error then get us the Trade Service Log by following the instructions above. We also want to verify that for the M 2027 contract for HE, that chart has the setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol" set to "HEM27_FUT_CME"?
