I have somehow got into an order without a way of getting out. I have no attachments to click on that will help me get out of this order. I have Trade Simulation Mode enabled, but the account number that's connected with my live account is selected on the dom. My broker has said that, I have no open positions, and it shows flat, whenever I disable Trade Simulation Mode. Whenever I simulate, I usually select Sim 1, but i didn't this time. It seems like im in Simulation and Live at the same time. I have tried to flatten.

It sounds like you selected your live account when you are in Trade Simulation Mode. Open the "Trade Window" for the chart where you have this issue and select a Simulation Account from the list instead of a live account. Refer to the following:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

In terms of an open order in Sierra Chart, is it associated with your live account or your simulation account?

That's what I did. My broker said I don't have an open order, so I could only assume it is simulation, just under my live number. Im trying to figure out how to get out of this order.

There should not be an order existing in your system for this. If you selected a live account while in Trade Simulation Mode, then that order would not be processed, and you should have received a message in your Trade Service Log stating that you can not trade a live account while in Trade Simulation Mode.

What exactly are you seeing that makes you think there is an actual order open?

There is an order attachment on my charts. I can see that it is 4 contracts. On the Dom it is showing the price I got in at. It is constantly fluctuated up and down for my P/L. The issue with this is that when I do go Live, it displays the P/L on that option or Sub Instance. It's confusing its counting my Live and Demo together in the Dom. I only was responsible for the Live account when my account summary came in. I'm not sure how this happened.

Is this in a Sub-Instance or in the Main Instance or both?

Both. But it only displays in the Main Instance once I am in an order

Let's start in the sub-instance. Is the sub-instance in which this is showing have "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled or disabled when the position is showing?

Have you selected "Flatten" in that sub-instance to close out that position?

If you do "Flatten" that position, what occurs in that sub-instance? Does the position close out and go away? If you look in the "Trade Activity Log >> Trades" for that symbol, is the trade showing as closed?

Iv'e tried to flatten. Then I get a message saying I "Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode". I looked under the Trade Activity Log, I can't locate it, it's a lot to decipher through. Is there anyway for me to get a new account number and cancel this one.

The message "Cannot submit non-simulated order when in Trade Simulation Mode" means that you are in Trade Simulation Mode, but you have a live account selected.

In that sub-instance, with "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On" enabled (has a checkmark), go to the chart that shows the position and select "Trade >> Attach Trade Window to Chart". On that Trade Window in the "Account Selection" field, select "Sim1". Then select the "Flatten" button on that window.

Let us know if this does not resolve the issue.

It didn't resolve the issue. I got a message saying "Clearing global profit/loss management data for all simulated trade accounts". I hit it again and than it keep saying "Unable to flatten/reverse Position does not exist".

Please set the Account selection on the Trade Window to be "Sim1" and adjust the scale so that the price of 7584.94 is in view and then get us another image. Make sure we can see the Price Scale in the next image.

So the trade that the system thinks is open is associated with your live trade account and not with your Simulation account.

If you do not have any actual open positions with that trading account, then please go through the instructions at the following link to deal with this:

We do not think that what you are referring to is in that image. Are you referring to the Trade Window that is on the left of your chart?

You can use the Windows Snipping tool to get us an image is that will make things easier.
