Hi dear, I am a new user with package 3 service. When I have a chart displayed in the window, my mouse can't pick one of the many K lines when the mouse stays at certain position. Normally, it should show info like rise/drop percentage, OHLC, etc. But nothing comes out. And When i open Times and Sales Window of the chart, it is empty. Can you pls help me with above 2 questions? Thanks. |
