Hi chaps Been using SC for about 3 years now. Currently using Apex prop with Rithmic. Trading from northern Thailand, been using Singapore Server successfully for connection over the last 2 months. Singapore server has suddenly disappeared from the list, tried Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul - none of them work. Please help if possible. Thanks Rob |

In my case it's not a data issue. My CME subscription had expired May 31. It needed renewal. Now data is back, real-time. |

bobstone249: As gayer2428 is stating, you had an exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group in May. That exchange did not automatically renew on June 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop Then you can activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group for which you want the real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- If you are referring to the list of servers for Rithmic connections, then that list is not controlled by us. That comes from Rithmic. Any issues with the specific prop firms or the server locations needs to be taken up with Rithmic. We received a Payment Declined on April 17, 2026, which is why the autoamtic payments were turned off. The following Account Support Ticket was created to inform you of this: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=SupportTickets&Ticket=1776386736317103392#ViewTicket We are seeing many more declined payments from our payment processor of "PayPal V2", which is the one we use for the automatic payments. If you have entered the same card information for the automatic payments, then it will most likely continue to get declined. We are working on getting a new processor setup, but until then, we recommend using the payment processor of "Stripe", which is also available on our payments page. You can only make manual payments with that option, however. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
