That exchange did not automatically renew on June 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. If you want to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will need to add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop Then you can activate the exchange(s) for the CME Group for which you want the real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges -- If you are referring to the list of servers for Rithmic connections, then that list is not controlled by us. That comes from Rithmic. Any issues with the specific prop firms or the server locations needs to be taken up with Rithmic.
