Hello, I've referenced the documents provided earlier:

- Market Depth Historical Graph: Improving Performance
- High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often

I've gone through and reduced studies, reduced intraday days to load on my active charts down to 2 days, gotten rid of all custom studies that I created and everything is still lagging.

Looking at my task manager, Sierra chart is using less than 1% of my CPU utilization and my memory isn't overloaded either.

How can I fix this?

It varies anywhere from as short at 3 seconds to the longest I've seen of 12 seconds.

Where exactly are you seeing this? How are you determining this delay?

Note that if you are looking at the "Data Delay" in the Chart Header (prefixed with "DD:") then times like 3 seconds to 12 seconds are most typically going to be the difference between your computer clock and the clock used by the exchange, as that information is the difference between those two items.

You can use Sierra Chart to set your computer clock to the standard. Refer to the following:

I'm not seeing Data delay anywhere. It didn't do this when I first got the software, so I'm confused why it's doing it now. I did just update the settings you just provided.

How are you determining the "lag" that you are seeing then?

Keep in mind that if there is no trading, then nothing will update in your charts. So if you watching during a slow period, you may not see any updates.
