Where exactly are you seeing this? How are you determining this delay? Note that if you are looking at the "Data Delay" in the Chart Header (prefixed with "DD:") then times like 3 seconds to 12 seconds are most typically going to be the difference between your computer clock and the clock used by the exchange, as that information is the difference between those two items. You can use Sierra Chart to set your computer clock to the standard.
