Daily bars missing and can't seem to fill them

Hi there, I have recently subscribed to a new product. All the daily data loaded fine the first time I requested the data on the weekend. However, none of the daily bars seem to be visible or saved for each day subsequent to the initial loading from the weekend. I tried a few things suggested from the support board such as deleting daily data and re-downloading, or reloading and recalculating. These made no difference. I'm running your latest current version just updated moments ago. Please see attached the screenshot of the dly data file. |

Historical daily data for that particular symbol comes from CQG. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Only use this command from the Edit menu at the top of the main window or chart.
