my seirra charting platforms can not load any data or chart for usage. when i add a symbol, after a while it says(HISTORICAL INTRADAY DATA DOWNLOADING FAILED, ERROR DOWNLOADING HISTORICAL INDRADAY DATA FOR XAUUSD. HISTORICAL DATA LOGON ERROR. UNSUPPORTED PROTOCOL VERSION)
