Hello, whenever I open a Chart, it is very laggy and jumps over prices. It can't be my internet nor my PC, as they are both very good and work well with other platforms. Can you maybe tell me, what settings I can change so that markets like NQ or ES run smoothly, even when there's a lot of volume being traded? Thank you! |

What do you mean by it "jumps over prices"? We wonder if you have your "Chart Update Interval" set to a large value such that your charts are not updating at a decent rate. Refer to the following: General Settings Window: Chart Update Interval (Global Settings >> General Settings >> General >> Update Intervals) Lagging is very subjective and hard to pin down to anything specific. Keep in mind that having the bar spacing set to the minimum (i.e. a lot of bars displayed in the chart) or having trasparent objects will cause the chart to not move well.
