Data not loading with CQG

I am having a hard time getting my feed to update with CQG and AMP futures. When I change brokers, it is working fine, so not sure why CQG is not. It says I am connected, but no new data is being updated. When I go to the CQG online portal, it shows that the data is working fine from there, just not when I try to connect with Sierra Chart. Please advise what to do.
