Sierra Chart does not support data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, in order to get the data for these instruments, you will need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We see that you did have an exchange active for the CME Group with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but it did not renew on April 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account on that day.
