We do not understand what the question is regarding Mboxwave.

Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for The CME Group and EUREX. So if you are wanting the data for either of those exchanges, you will have to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

We see that you have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" setup with our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you should be getting the data for products traded on the CME exchange.

What exactly is the issue you are having?

Sierra Chart does not have data for HKEX. You would have to get that data from CQG.

If you are having an issue with getting data from CQG, then you probably need to start with CQG.

But, you can get us your Message Log for us to take a look and see if there is something specific showing up in there. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

From Google Translate, the item you highlighted at the top of your Message Log (末响应) means "No Response". We assume this means that your Sierra Chart is in a non-responsive state. We do not know why this would have occurred.

Is this a consistent issue you are having? Is this the problem you are referring to?

What were you doing when this occurred?

Whenever I open the MBoxwave-related chartbook, this issue occurs. I use other indicators to support the normal operation of the website, which functioned properly 4 or 5 years ago. I don't know when this issue started, but it might be because SC no longer supports CQG data

Does this have something to do with the SC version?

The only data from CQG that we do not support is for the CME Group and EUREX. If you are getting data for HKEX from CQG, then this should not be a problem.

If you are having an issue when opening a chartbook which contains a custom study (such as Mboxwave) and if that chartbook can open in "Safe Mode", then the issue is with that study. You would then need to contact the developers of that study. Refer to the following for how to start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode:

Okay, if one day Teton can utilize data from HKEX, that would be perfect. Thank you for your help!
