The only data from CQG that we do not support is for the CME Group and EUREX. If you are getting data for HKEX from CQG, then this should not be a problem. If you are having an issue when opening a chartbook which contains a custom study (such as Mboxwave) and if that chartbook can open in "Safe Mode", then the issue is with that study. You would then need to contact the developers of that study.
