Blank charts in Sierra Chart with Earn2Trade Rithmic account

Hello, I am using Sierra Chart with an Earn2Trade Rithmic evaluation account. RTrader Pro receives live market data correctly, so the Rithmic data feed is working. However, in Sierra Chart all charts remain blank, including a brand new ES intraday chart. What I already did: * accepted the Rithmic agreements * selected Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading] * set the server to Rithmic Paper Trading * left Market Data and Historical Data fields blank * enabled "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds = Yes" * translated symbols to current service * opened a brand new chart from Find Symbol * deleted data and downloaded again * disabled Trade Simulation Mode Could you please tell me what is causing Sierra Chart not to display the data even though RTrader Pro does? |

You state the following: left Market Data and Historical Data fields blank
But you are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you would not be getting data from either us or Rithmic. You need to fill in those fields in order to get the data from Rithmic. Another possible issue is that you state being connected to R-Trader Pro. You can not be logged into both R-Trader Pro and Sierra Chart at the same time. You can only have 1 connection in this case. -- If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than Rithmic, then you need to keep in mind that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Once you have the above worked out, then you can setup the data by following these instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you do setup the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you can leave the fields for the data from Rithmic blank.
