You state the following: left Market Data and Historical Data fields blank
But you are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore you would not be getting data from either us or Rithmic. You need to fill in those fields in order to get the data from Rithmic. Another possible issue is that you state being connected to R-Trader Pro. You can not be logged into both R-Trader Pro and Sierra Chart at the same time. You can only have 1 connection in this case. -- If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed rather than Rithmic, then you need to keep in mind that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
