Hello,

I need help with Sierra Chart data access for MNQ.

My setup:
- Service Package 3 (Base Standard, 26 USD/month)
- Current Selected Service: SC Data
- I am trying to open MNQM26-CME intraday charts
- MESM26-CME works, but MNQM26-CME does not

What happens:
- A clean intraday chart for MNQM26-CME opens completely blank
- Quote Board gives: “SymbolData is null until Symbol is known to datafeed”
- The .scid file stays at 56 bytes
- In Message Log I get: “Symbol not allowed: MNQM26-CME”

What I already tried:
- Updated Symbol Settings from server
- Translated symbols to current service
- Reconnected data feed
- Opened a clean chart from Find Symbol
- Tried Continuous Contract = None and also continuous mode
- Deleted all data and downloaded again
- Set session times to full day
- Increased historical intraday days to download

Result:
- MES loads data correctly
- MNQM26-CME remains blank and appears not to be allowed

Could you please tell me why MNQM26-CME is not allowed on my current setup, and what exact setting or entitlement I need to enable MNQ data?

Thank you.
