Hello, I am facing an issue with my Sierra Chart software.
I noticed a discrepancy between Sierra Chart (BAC.NQTV) and MT5
I don't think it as to do with my settings because I successfully loaded JPM chart.

Upon further analysis, I noticed Sierra Chart BAC is stuck at around 47.60 (the fourth bar) yet the real price according to MT5 is 48.60 (at the end of the 8 bars)

Could it be that Sierra Chart is displaying stale or limited data due to an inactive/disconnected data feed on your part that affects BAC and not JPM?

You are looking at the NASDAQ TotalView data (you are using a suffix of -NQTV), which is the trading for just the NASDAQ exchange. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Nasdaq TotalView Data Feed Notes

If you want the consolidated tape, then you should enter the symbol as just the main ticker (i.e. BAC) and not use the -NQTV suffix. This will most likely match up with other systems/reported data. Refer to the following:
US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed

Also, we want to point out that you are not setup to get the real-time data for either of these exchanges, so you are getting the Delayed Streaming Data. If this is what you want, then there is nothing you need to do.

Although, we do also want to point out that if you are only wanting the Delayed Streaming Data, then you could be on the "Base Advanced" package instead of the "Integrated Advanced" package and save $10.00 per month. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link:

Hello @John
Thank you for the information.
I am particularly interested in consolidated tape number bars. Would I be able to access it on the "Base Advanced" package that you mentioned?

As we stated, if you are fine with the Delayed Streaming Data (15 minutes delayed for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange). Then you can be on the "Base Advanced" package and use the Numbers Bars.

But if you want real-time data, then you will need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. And since you are wanting Numbers Bars, the "Integrated Advanced" package is most likely the one you would want.
