As we stated, if you are fine with the Delayed Streaming Data (15 minutes delayed for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange). Then you can be on the "Base Advanced" package and use the Numbers Bars. But if you want real-time data, then you will need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. And since you are wanting Numbers Bars, the "Integrated Advanced" package is most likely the one you would want.
