sierra chart freezing up causing issues with my trading

real account and sim account freeze up when i switch between them its causing lagging issue. i though it was my pc but i had it checked out, and no issues were found. all other apps and browsers are working fine without lagging issues. can you help?

What exactly is occurring when you change between Sim and Live? Is the system locking up? Is it just taking time to load data? Something else? How are you doing the switching? Is it selecting "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On", or are you changing your "Current Selected Service"? what is occuring is when i change between Sim and Live sierra chart freezes up for a couple minutes, and then it starts to work normal again. its definitely not loading like it normally does before it switches over. this is how i switch "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On".
