Problem:
The Study Settings dialog (the window that appears when you click Settings for any study) is showing a completely blank gray screen. No input fields, no buttons, no content — just a gray rectangle. This affects ALL studies on ALL charts, including built-in Sierra Chart studies and custom studies that were working perfectly before.

When it started:
This problem started immediately after I copied a new .cpp file directly into the ACS_Source folder while Sierra Chart was running. I believe Sierra Chart auto-detected the file change and triggered a recompile, and something went wrong during that process.

What I have tried (none of these fixed it):

Restarted Sierra Chart completely — problem persists
Restarted the computer — problem persists
Removed the .cpp file I had dropped into ACS_Source — problem persists
Confirmed the issue affects all studies, not just custom ones
Tried right-clicking the study and choosing Settings instead of double-clicking — same blank screen

Please advise how to solve this issue?

Rebooting your computer should take care of this issue, we are surprised to hear that it did not. The reason for the reboot is that this is caused by the Operating System being out of resources to be able to draw the window.

This definitely does not have anything to do with the .cpp file you put in the ACS_Source folder. There is no automatic compiling that occurs. If you want to use our compiler, then you need to select the file and tell the system to do a "Remote Compile".

Please try rebooting again, and when the system comes up only start Sierra Chart. Do not start any other programs.

There have been reports of issues with a recent driver version for NVIDIA, mostly related to the software crashing. But we wonder if this could be related. If you are using an NVIDIA graphics card and have the option for OpenGL enabled, and rebooting the computer as noted above does not resolve the issue, then try turning off the use of OpenGL. Refer to the following:
Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other)

Note that you have to restart Sierra Chart after you make that change. If this then resolves it, then if you want to continue to use OpenGL, you will need to rollback the driver for your NVIDIA card.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
