I'm only receiving data on the 30 minute chart. This is the only chart that has rolled over to the HMES contract. Other contracts are NTY and NQ and these aren't getting data either. I've updated to 2891 revision 55966.

this is the only chart that has rolled over to the HMES contract.

We assume you mean that the MES chart is now for the M contract and not the H contract. And if that is the only chart on the M contract and the others are on the H contract, then you will not be getting any data for the H contract as it ended trading on March 20, 2026 (the third friday of the contract month).

Be sure to rollover your other charts to the M contract for the equity index futures.

I created a new chart and the data is being received properly. I'm assuming the old charts aren't compatible now and am creating all new charts. FYI the charts that weren't receiving data were not rolling over either.

We are not understanding the situation.

If the charts are not rolled over, then there is no data to receive since trading has ended for the March contract for the equity index futures.

What do you mean the charts were "not rolling over either"?

You need to tell the system to rollover the charts. You may get a message telling you that it is time to rollover, and you can click that message (where it states to do so) and get the rollover window. But otherwise, you need to select "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover" and select the contract you want to change to (typically this is automatically selected). Refer to the following:
Chart Menu: Perform Futures Symbol Rollover (Chart menu)

I did "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover" but there was no response from the charts. One chart actually rolled and began to receive data. I created new charts that responded correctly. The only thing I could think of was that they were old charts and didn't work with the data any more.

You should have gotten the Rollover Window as shown in this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/images/FuturesSymbolRollover.png

Or a window similar to it, depending on what version you are on.

If you do not get the window at all, then you should select "Window >> Reset Windows" and then try again and see if it shows up after that.

Worst case, you could just change the symbol in the chart to the next contract.
