We are not understanding the situation. If the charts are not rolled over, then there is no data to receive since trading has ended for the March contract for the equity index futures. What do you mean the charts were "not rolling over either"? You need to tell the system to rollover the charts. You may get a message telling you that it is time to rollover, and you can click that message (where it states to do so) and get the rollover window. But otherwise, you need to select "Chart >> Perform Futures Symbol Rollover" and select the contract you want to change to (typically this is automatically selected).
