You should have gotten the Rollover Window as shown in this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/images/FuturesSymbolRollover.png Or a window similar to it, depending on what version you are on. If you do not get the window at all, then you should select "Window >> Reset Windows" and then try again and see if it shows up after that. Worst case, you could just change the symbol in the chart to the next contract.
