Trying to Connect to Lucid Trading but the connection is not going through, I see the message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data"
Current Selected Service: Rithmic DTC

If you are seeing "Downloading Continuous Contract Data", then most likely the system is actually trying to download the data. Depending on how much data you are requesting, this can take a long time (we have seen hours to get many years worth of data).

If you are getting some kind of error message (such as "Permission Denied") then we need to know what exactly you are seeing in this regard.

Also, we want to point out that you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME exchange (not the Full CME Group). So if you are requesting data for a symbol traded on a different exchange, then that data would be coming from Rithmic. And since Rithmic does not have any data for previous contracts, you can not use a Continuous Contract with their data. In this case, you would either need to set the Continuous Contract option to "None", or activate the exchange for which you want that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

I am only trading CME Futures Contract. MES, MNQ, MGC etc.
This is the error I am seeing in the logs, I don't see any price movements in the chart even though the status bar is green but no price movement

Do you have "ds7-2.sierracharts.com" entered in "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override"?

If so, then remove that entry and then reconnect to the data feed (File >> Reconnect).

No, I do not have that server address. I was checking that password for Market data and historical data and they were wrong so I fixed it but I cannot connect now

From what you show of your log, you are not able to connect to that Lucid server. We recommend trying a different server and see if you are able to connect.
