Do you have "ds7-2.sierracharts.com" entered in "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override"?

If so, then remove that entry and then reconnect to the data feed (File >> Reconnect).
