If you are seeing "Downloading Continuous Contract Data", then most likely the system is actually trying to download the data. Depending on how much data you are requesting, this can take a long time (we have seen hours to get many years worth of data).

If you are getting some kind of error message (such as "Permission Denied") then we need to know what exactly you are seeing in this regard.

Also, we want to point out that you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME exchange (not the Full CME Group). So if you are requesting data for a symbol traded on a different exchange, then that data would be coming from Rithmic. And since Rithmic does not have any data for previous contracts, you can not use a Continuous Contract with their data. In this case, you would either need to set the Continuous Contract option to "None", or activate the exchange for which you want that data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.
